Complaints and Appeals Handling
JUTI is committed to handling all complaints and appeals submitted by authors, reviewers, or other relevant parties in a transparent and fair manner. Each complaint will be reviewed by the editorial board and, if necessary, an independent party will be involved to ensure an objective decision. Appeals may be submitted if there is an indication of errors in manuscript evaluation or inconsistencies with the journal's policies. A final decision will be made after careful consideration in accordance with academic publishing ethics guidelines. -
Policies on Conflicts of Interest / Competing Interests
JUTI implements strict policies regarding conflicts of interest to maintain the integrity and objectivity of scientific publications. Authors, editors, and reviewers are required to disclose any potential conflicts of interest, whether financial, professional, or personal, that may influence the assessment or publication decision of a manuscript. JUTI will review all disclosed conflicts of interest and take appropriate action, including reassigning reviewers or editors if necessary. -
Policy on Ethical Oversight
JUTI is responsible for ensuring compliance with research and publication ethical standards. Each submitted manuscript will be reviewed from an ethical perspective, including the use of human or animal subjects in research, ethical approvals, and data disclosure. If any ethical violations are identified, the journal will take necessary measures, such as requesting clarification from the authors, retracting the article, or reporting the findings to relevant institutions. -
Policy on Intellectual Property
JUTI respects the intellectual property rights of all authors and other relevant parties. All published manuscripts must comply with copyright regulations and must not contain any intellectual property violations. Authors are responsible for ensuring that their work is original and that they have the rights to use any materials included in the publication. The journal will also review any suspected intellectual property violations and take necessary actions in accordance with applicable policies. -
Options for Post-Publication Discussions and Corrections
JUTI provides a mechanism for readers, authors, and the scientific community to discuss published articles. If factual or technical errors are found in a publication, authors may submit corrections that will be evaluated by the editorial board. Additionally, the journal welcomes constructive academic commentary and research replication to enrich scientific knowledge. If significant errors affecting the validity of research are identified, the journal reserves the right to publish corrections, retraction statements, or article updates in accordance with editorial policies.
